rightinformer.com why we chose education

Big and small doles on the eve of calamities or celebrations were never enough to contain hunger of a sizable population around the globe.  There is a saying which echoes in the Russian Constitution –  "If any one is not willing to work, neither let him eat".  Work adds meaning to life and it would be  ignominious to live contributing  literally nothing in return for the food one eats.  Even those who are willing and able, go without work for a larger part of the year and the working class is reeling under pressure of exploitation doing more work for a meager wages just to eke out a living. Self employment in agriculture or trade or industry is literally becoming impossible for those who choose to do in a just and fair manner. They are denied of their legitimate right to live a honorable life. The Executives are losing ground due to various reasons and ultimately the Laws could contain nothing because of the repeated dents, leaks and holes made by the lawless greedy over a period. Better living conditions, better education and better health are a far fetched dream.

Wars and weapons of the mighty and powerful did not bring in any permanent solution or lasting peace.  Instead, education has shaped many a civilized society. Pro-active education on legal matters would certainly create attitudinal change at least in some of the educated persons who flout the law with impunity only because the atmosphere is conducive to escape punishment as a result of liberalization and relaxation of rules and procedures.  They would come to know that what wrongs they do is being noticed by the people as well as the executives and they could no longer pretend  to be good while continuing to do shameful illegal acts.

A paradigm change is the need of the hour. Taking away a larger chunk in the guise of 'free giving' is to be stopped. The best gift one could give is 'not to retain or take away what is due to the other – to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's – nature and all creatures therein and not waste what is useful to the next person or generation'. It would be far better to sensitise the law breakers on the extent of damage and deprivation their self centered acts cause to innumerable people, endangering the very existence of the planet earth. This could be achieved by a mass movement of sharing knowledge towards achieving equality and justice. Those who know something on law enforcement should come forward to spare a few moments for the common good  to share their knowledge in  simple understandable manner in our site 'rightinformer.com'.  Nothing could be achieved if we ignore the importance of the role of the executives and it would be right and proper to extend a helping hand whenever they need to discharge their functions more effectively.

In due course the knowledge would percolate down the line through persons who have contacts with villagers and those who live far away places also.  When the mass movement gathers momentum, awareness spreads and we could achieve the same best results, the present day developed world enjoys.

The manner of achieving these objects would be evolved  step by step, through deliberations and discussions -  based on the necessity and feasibility.    The success of this movement greatly depends on the number of members and also the resources both of knowledge and dispensation.

motivating factors

Millions of people are starving despite the fact that there is more than enough food in the world to provide for every person on the earth. The space available for law abiding citizens, tax compliant Trade & Industry and upright officials is shrinking very fast. Those who operate clandestinely may be very small in number. But, a tiny invisible hole at the bottom of a pot lets out all that is poured in day and night and when the day dawns again it is empty. Since the task is  almost invincible, the little effort taken by those in power or by the service organizations, is no where enough to plug the hole. We are at the fag end of the count down. Something urgently requires to be done to light up and expose the hole in order to stop the leak. This would certainly make a whole lot of difference in our lives.

Every deed – good or bad, just like a seed brings forth prosperity or destruction. Life should not begin from the wrong end. If one chooses to LIVE an EVIL life, it first affects the society but sooner or later, certainly returns back to the evil-doer with great intensity of devastation. We learn from children. The innocent children ignorant of modesty, know that some thing is amiss when their peers say 'shame shame'. The wrong doers – innocent or ignorant or arrogant, should be made to know that their illegal activities are laid bare  which would make them sensitive to recognize evil and the awareness of the problems of others. Prevention is always better than cure. To this end, both the people and the law enforcement officials need to be well informed and educated with the current and correct information on legal matters. This would help people to evaluate their own actions, goals, strength and attitudes. Those in power are equally accountable as any other citizen towards law.  Law is the pivotal point in democracy – the legislator making law, executives to enforce the law and the judiciary to dispense justice. The quality of any society is measured by the degree of equality one enjoys.  There is widespread selective enforcement of law.  Though lawful discrimination is equality, indiscriminate lawful discrimination might lead to inequality.  There need be uniformity in enforcement of law not only by the uniformed services alone but  by every body assigned with the responsibility. For effective and efficient discharge of responsibility and accountability, one needs to update knowledge on legal matters.

Quite a lot of citizens and officers would perform better if they are enlightened with the current and right information. The work is not finished in just informing for information's sake. We light our corners first and then spread the light around for the common good, as we walk ahead by sharing our knowledge with others through our site  'rightinformer.com'. A word of caution. We need to be careful not to light our candles to spread the fire of hatred but to shine the light to the peace and prosperity of mankind.

spread knowledge

The work force, the major chunk of the society, sustains our life by producing food to eat and provide all that we need to live. The workers who toil day and night deserve time and money to live. Sadly, they always remain the least paid and the most exploited. They face unemployment, servitude and abysmal poverty. Those who grow food for us are left to starve. The weavers are left to fend for themselves without proper clothing even to protect them from the hot sun or from the biting cold. These hapless people solely depend on government schemes for their basic amenities viz. safety, security, health, education, transport etc. They are deprived of proper education, employment and ultimately an honourable living mainly because of the illegal activities of the law breakers and frauds. Social workers and Activists were not successful in alleviating their misery.

There is an urgent need to address the plight of these marginalized, lest they would cease to exist. Wrong doings are to be effectively prevented, good attitude and deeds encouraged and the bad to be purged from the society. The best means to achieve these would be to provide free proactive education on legal matters aiming to correct social imbalances.

RIIF 'rightinformer.com' is a mass movement of 'Each One to Teach One'. This 'rightinformer.com' is being organized to bring together well intended like-minded people of various walks of life – general public, trade & industry and law enforcement officers, who would share with others their knowledge of the 'best practices around the globe'.

Prevention is better than cure. It is true with social service too. Wrongs to be prevented. Otherwise all the good deeds done would seep out and the efforts are waste. Waste of time, materials and talents are equal to theft because another person who deserves loses and never gets it again. In a society, we are indebted to others because our life and happiness depends greatly on the well being of those around us.

New Page 1

There is no doubt that the  future of the
Humanity is in our hands and we have identified pro-active education on legal
matters aiming to correct social imbalances, as one of the best solutions. The
main reason being - any democratic pattern of government consists of Legislators
to enact laws, Executives to implement and the Judiciary to dispense justice.
Selective enforcement of law creates inquality and as could be observed from
many prosperous nations, the administrative machinery  should be made to work
based on a system put in place, up-dated and uniformly applied.  In order to
efficiently discharge their functions, those in authority need to be given a
helping hand by the enlightened public . This could be done by providing free
pro-active education on legal matters through a mass movement.
We often hear  from those around
us, the cry 'Give me light from your candle' and Thomas Fuller exhorts us that "If
you have knowledge, let others light their candles at it".
RIIF is a mass
movement of 'each one to teach one' through sharing the right information.  We,
who are better placed, have added
responsibility because we have been entrusted with more knowledge and wealth
than a lot others.
